Refund policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every original painting and commissioned piece is created and packaged with great care. I want you to love your artwork, so please take a moment to read the following policy before making a purchase.

Original Artwork

If you change your mind after purchasing an original artwork, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund of the purchase price will be processed. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Commissioned Artwork

As commissioned artworks are created specifically for you and are based on your individual requests, they cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind. Throughout the commission process, I work closely with you to ensure the finished artwork reflects your vision while remaining true to my artistic style.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your place in my commission schedule. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve dedicated time within my commission calendar and cover the planning and preparation involved before painting begins.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect artwork, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of:

• The artwork
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your artwork has a major fault, arrives significantly different from what was agreed upon, or is not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to the remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
