Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every original painting and commission is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely at its new home.

Processing Times

Original Artwork

Original artworks are typically packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Commissioned Artwork

Commission timeframes vary depending on the size of the artwork and my current schedule. An estimated completion date will be discussed with you before work begins.

Shipping Within Australia 

I currently ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. Once your artwork has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted prior to payment for larger commissioned works.

Packaging

Each artwork is carefully wrapped using protective packaging to help ensure it arrives safely. Larger works may be shipped in custom packaging depending on their size.

Delivery Times 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. While I do my best to dispatch artworks promptly, delivery timeframes are outside my control once your order has been shipped.

Damaged Parcels

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Collection

Local collection is available by appointment from Cowra, NSW. If you would prefer to collect your artwork in person, please select the local collection option at checkout (where available) or get in touch prior to purchasing. Once your artwork is ready, I'll contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. Collecting your artwork in person is a wonderful opportunity to see the finished piece up close and take it home safely.
